Woodford Halse Model Railway Club's Woodford layout
I was able to see this outstanding layout in action at a Woodford History Society's Open Day. It's a faithful reproduction of Woodford south of the MPD including Woodford West and the SMJ. The next project in the process of being completed is an 'extension' to include Byfield SMJ.

I was able to visit this layout again today (Dec 3rd) when it was opened in conjunction with a Christmas Fayre at the Social Club ( The Furze). The extension to 'Byfield' is coming on well. I've added a few more pictures to the album as a result.

Short notice but I've heard that people visiting The Furze (ex Railwayman's Club) at Woodford for a Christmas Bring & Buy this Saturday Afternoon 3rd December will be allowed to view this layout. There's a possibility that photos and slides might be on shown too later in the afternoon.
